One-of-a-kind *Riverfront* experience. This property is a 1+ private acre along roughly 200 feet of Cowlitz waterfront with all the amenities to relax and enjoy! This includes a new gazebo, new hot tub, grassy yard, fire pit and expansive deck-*all* along the private riverfront. Too cold out? Inside of the cabin has vaulted ceilings and views of the river from every shared space in the home. Has recent updates, high speed internet and ~ 30 minute trip to White Pass/ Easy Mt Rainier access.

Read through the entire description, as this property has all kinds of options for your stay! **firewood for the fire pit is not included, but can be purchased at the local market. Please also note we recently renovated! We haven't had a chance to update all of our pictures yet, but the home now has a new fireplace, new flooring, new counters and backsplash. Open concept living area with vaulted ceilings and a wall of windows to soak up the river views. 3 bedrooms with Queen beds, 2 full bathrooms, (sleeps up to 6 in the home, can accommodate up to 5 more with the Bunk House). Cozy propane fireplace with large sectional for relaxing around the fire. Kitchen with breakfast bar, solid wood dining table that fits 8 and all the kitchen gadgets and appliances needed for your culinary adventures. 250 mbps High speed internet and smart TV’s with streaming capabilities Heating for the winter and cooling in the winter (has forced air heat pump). Bunk House 12x16 fully finished space with a concrete pad, surrounded by trees in its own separate space from the home Full size bunk beds with twin trundle pull out Desk, couch and table for relaxing Next to the RV hookup- perfect for another family to join and use the space or for extra accommodations for your group! **Please let us know if it is not used/ you do not intend to use** we can refund the $75 portion of the cleaning fee associated with it. 2 RV pads! 1 RV pad off the bunk house with a concrete pad and full electrical and septic hook ups- $30/ night for this add on. 1RV pad to the right of the home with a view of the river and a concrete pad. Other Details to Note
This home has one of a kind views of the river and surrounding mountains. While this has it's own draw, the riverfront on the property is not fenced and has a steeper drop off in some areas along a fast portion of the river. This may be a concern for guests with children. Please also abide by check out and check in times. These are necessary so that our cleaner has the time required to make sure the home is up to snuff :). We are open to allowing an early check out or late check out, but only if it is cleared first. Please check in with us about this and we will confirm if we are able to accommodate it. **we do not provide firewood for the firepit** However, you can buy it in town at Blantons.

Tucked in a quiet neighborhood in beautiful Packwood. Packwood itself has Packwood Brewing, a great place to stop and grab a beer and some tacos. It also has ample local hikes, quick access to White Pass Ski Area and easy access to the excursions on Mount Rainer.
Guest Access
Entire home and bunk house will be accessible for your use. This is a private property with over an acre of space and plenty of private riverfront for your stay. Bunk house is roughly 100 ft from the main home. Keep in mind this is a bit of a walk from the cabin. It has heating, but no separate bathroom. If you will not be using the bunk house, please let us know and we can remove the cleaning fee associated with that space.

The home is off of a very private cul de sac. There is a sign noting the address of the property and a painted rock that will direct you to parking at The River House or The Bunk House. There are 2 paved spots near the home, space for one car to pull up to the front yard and there is an additional grass parking spot to the left on the side of the driveway to the home. There is a parking/ RV spot at the Bunk House as well as well as a round about driveway that could accommodate multiple cars.
